TERMS OF BUSINESS

It is the legal responsibility of the person making the funeral arrangements to settle the funeral account and any costs incurred, if the account is being handled by a solicitor or bank then please provide us with contact details at the time of arranging.

Our funeral account is due for payment within thirty days of our account as dated, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

If you fail to pay us in full on the due date we may charge you interest:

• At a rate of 4% above our bank’s base rate from time to time in force;
• Calculated (on a daily basis) from the date of our account until payment;
• Compounded on the first day of each month and
• Before and after any Judgement (unless a Court orders otherwise).
• We may recover the cost of taking any legal action to make you pay.

In some circumstances we may offer a Part Payment plan which will be agreed and drawn up by ourselves and signed by all parties.
